It was an amazing place to spend a holiday. The room and everything was great. It has its own style and it's very cool. It was located in the quite area even it's very close to the Lindos city center. The balcony was wonderful for staying calm at night with a view of Acropolis. In the morning, sun is rising right in front of you. Maria is very helpful, she even asked assistance for luggages. George was welcomed us at the room. He's also so kind. He gave us some local tips that made our stay smooth. The facilities in the room was impressive. Coffee machine, toast machine, a bluetooth speaker, TV, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The airconditioning unit works just perfect without any weird smells. The cleaning lady is very thorough and takes the service she provides very seriously. The appartments are located very central within faliraki just a few meters away from basically anything you could want or need. The swimming pool has a great view, is clean, has bed, chairs, a table and a shower with hot water. We came here for our honeymoon and we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Everything was exactly as described and even better. The house was large and tidy, equipped with everything you need, the airco was great (and needed) & the beds comfy. The private pool was bigger than we imagined and the view to die for. Marc is a great host, very friendly and helpful when you need it, discrete otherwise. We will definitely come back.

Situated 300 metres from the beach of Kolympia in Rhodes, 12 Islands is a complex of spacious villas. Manuel is the best host I have ever met. Everything was organized perfect. We were offered with lavish reception and everyday breakfast with fresh bread and rolls. Location of villa outside rush area but with walking distance to nice restaurants. Late check out was not a problem. Swimming pool cleaned everyday.

The host has been fantastic and has catered for the kids really well. We have spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids swimming has improved a lot. Highlight for the trip was the stunning view. Everyone here has been really friendly and we would recomend this place to anyone!
