I thoroughly applaud Jasmine and her team they made the whole stay more pleasant regardless of the front desk which could not help or accommodate us in any way in regards to golf cart hire. If you want to stay at Batam Villas definetely book with Jasmine as your host. I would recommend you hire a car as the location is quite far from anything.
