Highly recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transportation from and to airport was arrangend smoothly; the driver was waiting at the airport and the drive took about 1,5 hours (plus the stop recommended by the driver to get (good!) coffee and food) to the boat. Boat ride took about 10 minutes from Lombok to Gili Meno and then there was a horse (pony) carriage waiting to bring us to the hotel. Cottage was very nice! Fenced area with private pool, and cozy clean cottage. Bed was comfortable, and there was mosquito net for the night. Breakfast was not included, but there is a nice restaurant in the premises where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and everything in between (coffee here is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Payment also with card. Right at the gate you can rent a bike, or go to different tours. Also few steps further there is small shop where one can find snacks and necessities (if there is no-one at the shop, just wait sitting in comfy chairs outside and soon someone will be coming over; payment only with cash) Staff all around was so very helpful and always very friendly; we felt very welcomed 😊

Absolutely loved staying at Kalma. The place is super clean and extremely beautiful! But best of all, the staff were so kind and helped us with everything that we needed help with, even running errands for us before we got our rental scooter. We highly recommend staying here here.

We have traveled all over Indonesia, staying in numerous excellent hotels and bungalows, yet this place has been the most amazing by far. There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

We had an extremely good welcoming from Intan in Villa Palma! She helped us with everything we needed and her team was really kind and efficient. The quiet location in the middle of the island provide an unique experience to disconnect. We advice to rent bikes at the reception to go around the island and discover the different and amazing snorkeling spots.

Everything was incredible! We loved our stay at Kaien. The room was very clean, bright and all the facilities were there. Also, the view on the swimming pool is a real plus as it is totally calm and relaxing. We would like to send a special thanks to Brooke, the owner, who is very kind and thoughtful. It was our honeymoon and she & her staff made this moment perfect: flowers on the bed, mini bar, free bikes... Also a big thanks to Zoul and Moza who were extremely kind with us and offered their help with the smile. We highly recommend Kaien for everything written as well as the good location on Gili Air, really close to the best beaches and best restaurants!
