We have everything right on our doorsteps and all necessities in the home. The owner messaged to inform of what's opened on the island while leaving a beautiful home made brown bread and treats to enjoy. A very informative guest book with all the island has to offer ! I would advise this stay to anyone travelling to the island and can't wait to book my next trip back !

If I could give a 7 star review I would. Pat was a pleasure to deal with when we booked, he met us at the property and showed us around the cottage. The cottage was just beautiful, the decor was gorgeous, the kitchen had everything you could need, the entire house was spotless, there was even kindling and fire lighters for the stove and logs and great selection of tv channels, netflix and Apple tv which was great as we travelled with kids. Susan showed us how the remotes worked and was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Had a really lovely time staying in this little gem. It was a home from home. Only a short drive from several counties including Galway, Clare, Offaly and Tipperary. Service on the phone isn't great and no wifi as stated but that didn't bother us. Just get out and enjoy yourself, plenty of places to go and things to do. We went everywhere. Lena is such a lovely host and very informative of things to do around the area and also some local history. Really lovely lady. Thanks for everything Lena especially the lovely eggs you gave us. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It has been just refurbished and has every amenity, all of which are brand new. The bedrooms and beds are cozy and very comfortable. The location is great, just outside clifden. Excellent and responsive communication with the owner. We cannot say enough good things about this property. Wish we could have stayed longer. Book several days or more. You won’t be disappointed.
