I made this arrangement to stay not knowing what to expect. We were late for our intended arrival, but it didn't matter. I was not aware that the code for the entrance door was sent in via email. It took me a little while to figure it out. Nice spacious place. It was too big for just two of us. The view from top floor was nice. We saw the sunrise from ocean which was really pretty. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.
