The hotel has one of the best views from the balcony. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Our room was super clean. The location was great also. Away from the crowds but a short drive or taxi to a few beaches. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. We stayed at Vila Vukotic for 11 days and had the best time. We booked the snall apartment and the view from the balcony did not disappoint! An extra bed was put in for our 2 year old daughter at no additional cost which was the perfect solution for our sleep arrangement. Our hosts Vera and Luka are super nice people and made us feel very welcomed from the start.

The service was outstanding. Communication with villla manager was helpful and effective. Combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch ammenities, and exeptional service made it one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended!

I really liked living here. Very comfortably, the house has everything you need for life. A fairly quiet place near the crowdy and noisy center of Kotor. But the main thing is the owners! Very nice and friendly people. Always ready to help in any situation. And this is the most important thing in a foreign country in my opinion.

The villa itself is stunning, boasting spectacular views that took our breath away every single day. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The spacious rooms provided plenty of space for everyone, and the attention to detail in the décor and amenities was impeccable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and the only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. The property was beautiful, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and the location was close to the Kotor old town! The host, Danjiela, was very friendly and extremely helpful in recommending top spots to explore around the city and with the taxi bookings. I will definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends :)
