Convenient to explore the Schist villages (we went to Piódão and Foz d’Egua) and hiked the 5k circular Talasnal/Castelo Lousã trail nearby.

As remote as this beautiful stone cottage is, the wifi was excellent and the house was modern inside. We feel like we were a part of nature for our 3 days there and loved every moment!!!
