It was a family gathering celebrating my birthday and we could not have asked for more. We were taken to the chalet from Penzion Javorina promptly and were positively surprised how warm the chalet was on our arrival. There was an underfloor heating in the main area (ground floor) as well as in the bathroom. Rooms upstairs had radiators which were off so we were not sure whether they will turn on or not. After our first night we quickly realised how well everything works with heating being perfectly set up making our stay very comfortable. We brought with us blankets, slippers, ect expecting some cold, however this was a positive surprise that we didn't need any of those things. The wooden house, xmas tree and the decor created a magical place making it perfect for Christmas. We had with us our 2 year old twins who were the happiest throughout the stay. The place is quiet, peaceful with amazing view and we loved every moment of our stay. Beds were comfy too. Will definitely return and make it an annual gathering. Thank you so much for having us, we have some wonderful memories we will cherish forever ❤️

Featuring a sauna, Chata Bella Mistríky is located in Donovaly. Set 24 km from Vlkolinec Village, the property offers a garden and free private parking. The house is located in close proximity to the ski slopes and the forest path to the cross-country ski trails. It has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of pots and pans. There is even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The large wardrobes accommodated a family of 5 comfortably. The terrace is unheated, but didn't bother to play a game of billiards. On the terrace there are places for skis or ski boots. There is also a 2-person sauna. We spent a wonderful holiday there. Both the 7 year old and the 15 year old were happy. The chalet is certainly also a great place to stay during the holidays. There is garden furniture on the path and in front of the cottage benches a place for a barbecue. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Chalet had such a cozy winter feeling & we were spoilt with all the home luxuries (incl large walk in shower) plus a few more, in terms of private jacuzzi & sauna 👍🏻 Also super easy self check in / check out & completely top service from the owner that was checking in daily to make sure everything was perfect with the stay.

Situated 25 km from Vlkolinec Village, Horská Chata Ostružiny offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a garden. A truly stunning set of apartments, with high quality furnishings, fittings and kitchen appliances, excellent taste in decoration, really good layouts, and top notch facilities. Can only recommend, we do travel a lot, but this was definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Thank you!

Featuring mountain views, Vila Relax features accommodation with a balcony, around 25 km from Vlkolinec Village. Wonderful ! Nice equipments. Nice view on the mountains. Close to Banksa Bystrica, easy access. We were 2 adults with 2 children and it was really to big for us :-) Comfortable for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children! Friendly boss.

Excellent location: walking distance to the ski slopes. The cottage has a charming atmosphere, it was clean and tidy. The fireplace gave an extra to evening discussions. The communication with the owner was seamless, he responded promptly and speaks perfect English. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
