49 km from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Longhill Lodge is a recently renovated property set in Addo and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. Set in Sunland, Clivedon Cottage offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Hannah and Eric were so friendly and nice to us! We really felt at home. We also really liked the tour of the farm and the citrus fruit fields. Very interesting and also delicious. The cottage was really cosy with nice details such as fresh flowers.

The house was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Katie and her family were very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this stay to everyone.

Situated in Paterson, 10 km from Karel Landman Monument, Camp Acacia offers accommodation with free WiFi, a terrace or a balcony and access to a garden and a year-round outdoor pool. The camp is set out amazing. Drive to camp is bumpy but once there you should stay minimum 2 days. Lots of space, very comfortable and recently renovated. Pictures advertised on Booking.Com doesn’t do it justice, the place is better. To the marketers: add more pictures of the shared lounges, swimming pool, braai areas and porches. A aerial picture of the setup could explain a lot. Use a drone for this. Ideal for couples with no children to rest and rejuvenate. Everything is there, however self catering. We brought a CADAC Skottelbraai which we recommend the establishment to invest and keep handy for guests use in the mornings for breakfast. The beds and rooms were of a high standard and were warm. We will book again, love it!
