I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Also within a walking distance from the center. The host is super friendly and the house is very clean, well equiped with an airco, fridge and microwafe and brand new. In the morning you hear all kinds of birds and the place is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher and would defenitely go back there.

But this yes because it‘s a stylish old colonial Building and they have a Perfect Guide system to take you out to excursions by 4WD or to go their the beach hotel for 20€ which is a correct price. Not and issue except that the menu card is not very big.

We enjoyed the freshly renovated, spacious ensuite room with comfortable bed, pleasant temperature, and well equipped bathroom. Other than some barking dogs on the main street, it was quiet on the road outside despite its central location.

The overall theme is understated luxury (our room was truly exceptional), peace and quiet and friendly and attentive staff.
