Great location in Falmouth near the beach but 10 mins from town center and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed and good WiFi. Breakfast was fabulous and it was good to be offered a bag to take a roll away for lunch. Plus a piece of wicked chocolate croissant bread pudding.

The property is bright, light and relaxing. The interior design touches are lovely. A lot of thought has obviously gone into making a stay here as comfortable as possible. And so clean! With scenic walks to two of Falmouth’s beaches, the location is excellent. Plus the welcome wine and snacks were much appreciated after a long journey. Highly recommend

The room was lovely and bed incredibly comfortable. Loved the unlimited coffee and tea (and biscuits), even though you had to leave the room and go to the coffee machine (a 30 second walk), but I think that is an excellent way to stop wastage. Well done. We sat in front of the wood burner drinking delicious red wine in the evening. Who ever did the interior design is extremely talented. The hotel has a lovely cosy feel about it, with plenty of comfortable seating.

The Sandy Duck is a lovely place to stay, excellent breakfast, great friendly staff. Love the very stylish interior design throughout, relaxing communal lounge and stylish/clean room. Good location just 15 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach. Loads to do in the area within a short drive and easy access to ferries for day trips. Lovely touches like coffee/tea and freshly baked cake every afternoon included and the option to have breakfast in your room.

Beautiful designer 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Loved the decor, it was clean, the kitchen was great, and the views were lovely. The apartment was on the first level, so not too many stairs, but with luggage a little physical. There was another apartment above. Inspirational environment. Location is terrific for exploring the town, and getting on the boats.

A great location in Falmouth twixt beach and town, a short walk to both. A lovely old property with sea views from the upper rooms. The upgrade on arrival was appreciated to a super room with thoughtful interior design and a very comfy bed. Nicely appointed guest lounge and bar. A wholesome cooked breakfast set me up for the day. Excellent in every regard.

To start, the building has been beautifully renovated and the interior design is gorgeous. The welcome was warm and friendly with the offer of homemade cake (delicious) and the smell of granola baking ready for tomorrows breakfast. Comfy Hypnos beds, white cotton sheets, great showers & toiletries then a delicious breakfast. The atmosphere in the lounge was so inviting we spent time there reading in front of the fire. We could not fault it and we will be back.
