Good parking, car right at the door. Clean. Restaurants and supermarkets a short drive away. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Good wifi. Good washing machine - though we didnt use it.

I would say that the only good thing about this Hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff who are clearly not responsible for the builing in which they work. Chambery old town is delightful and only a stonethrow from the Hotel and is within easy walking distance from the station.

We liked the price of the property. There was free on site parking which is good for the motorbike. The place is good for a quick stop over.

I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this

The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes.
