A nice combination of an old building with a contemporary feel. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful-although the restaurant stops serving surprisingly early; we were only just admitted for our booking at 8:30 on a Friday evening. The food was really excellent - way better than we were expecting, and not over-priced.

The staff where friendly, breakfast was good every morning with different options available with drinks also. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Towels where changed everyday. Plenty of spaces to park. Unfortunately due to being busy with plans for our short trip we didn't get to try the carvery but the dining area did smell nice! We would visit a toby carvery again.
