We had the most amazing 9 nights at Zante Suites, I really cannot recommend it enough. The apartment, pool and bar were great and the location perfect. However the real standout thing about this place is the team…Maria and Alex were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after.

I’d suggest you get here soon, whilst it retains an element of the farming area, soon to be lost as it’s concreted over. It’s probably got all the rooms and eateries it will ever needbut when did that ever stop progress ? Fab sandy beach and shallow harbour. Enough nice walking in all directions. Perhaps there was a Obese’n Inky Festival taking place on the week I visited, way too many wide loads pavement blocking, desperately searching for another fill up !AlanUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

We liked the very small beach just below the Shoestring bar and restaurant and when we occasionally ate out of an evening we liked the Lemon Tree Taverna just 200m from the apartment. Alikanas is easy to get around and has a couple of reasonable supermarkets and tourist shops. It has a pharmacy and a private emergency medical centre.

Home away from home.
Home away from home. Whether you've visited multiple times or for your first trip you will be treated as a long lost friend throughout the resort. Every restaurant and bar has it's own special charm but all are worth a visit. Many bars and hotels allow you to use their pool and facilities. Alykanas beach is a shallow, sheltered cove and Rasa provides a more remote but picturesque alternative. Shoestrings is certainly worth the walk.

This is our 3rd time in Alikanas, its such a lovely location...
This is our 3rd time in Alikanas, its such a lovely location its lovely and flat for people to get around you can walk straight onto the beach from the road there is plenty to do and plenty to see with the locals willing to help they are very friendly. The views are amazing, its only a short drive from the airport which is good.

Everything is new inside (contrary to my experience in Greece where you usually find some old or broken furniture) and extremely clean. Photos fully correspond to what we saw in the room. Cleaning every day and changing bed sheets every three days exactly as described. Wi-Fi and air-con worked fine. Nice patio. We used kitchenette and refrigerator a little too. Short walking distance to the beach. Maria is a super friendly host! Would definitely come back again if visiting Zakynthos again.

For what you need to be prepared is that nearest shop is approx. 15 min by walk and if you don't want to stay whole time around this property, some car / quad / bike is needed for few days. But i think its a good "price" for quite environment around. Communication with owner before arrival was just perfect and helpful, cleaning service (owners mom) was exceptional too. Small kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle and 2 electric hobs. Room was cosy and cleaned on daily basis while we were out. Cooperation of Antonio Studios with Zante Village Hotel, just around the corner, make it possible for guests to use swimming pool. Friendly staff. I highly recommend Antonio Studios.
