It was a comfortable and cozy hotel; we had a lovely little room and balcony, too! The temperature was around 0, but if it was sunny, we enjoyed the sun on the balcony. The sun is intense in Italy, so it was so hot we just sat there in bikinis :) Most importantly, of course, the entire staff was outstanding! Excellent hospitality and many good recommendations for the whole area. Thank you!! The city center is within walking distance!

It was very personal and the staff were very accommodating.
The breakfast was excellent. Although there were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, the staff were happy to provide us with pots of boiling water and tea bags.
Nice view of the lake and mountains from our balcony. The room was nice and warm. The bed was comfortable.
