We loved the size of the room and the outside terrace. The location was excellent and perfect for a visit to the centre of Frascati. The train station is very close (but you have a climb a lot of steps between the station and the hotel!). The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Quiet Comfortable and clean the owners don’t bother you and felt very safe . Very pleased and it did the job for me while attending the Ryder cup . Black caffe at the end of the street was a good stop off for refreshments at the top of the street 5 min walk .

Excellent location, positive atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff. The room was very clean, tidied up daily, towels changed regularly, the bed was comfortable, nice view from the window. I had a really good night sleep. For breakfast, there was a variety of freshly baked croissants each morning. Excellent coffee & capuchinno, soya option available.
