We enjoyed our 2 hours in the spa - it was plenty of time do use the spa, pool, steam and sauna rooms. It was a relaxing environment, well maintained yet a little dated. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I arrived very late due to a delayed flight to Malpensa! Still I was received with a smile and provided with free mineral water.
Breakfast ok for Italian standards and also here friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent, I had mentioned to the host that I love Italian cheese and he bought me three different types, with honey and marmalade to combine with! I mentioned to him I couldn't drink milk and he bought soya milk for me.
Absolutely amazing!

We were walking along the La Via Francigena and our stage ended in Palestro. Which was a mistake. Palestro is a very small town with limited opportunities to eat out. To be fair, we were there in the middle of the summer vacation and things were closed that are normally open.
