It's right on the ocean, restaurant has waves lapping right outside. Staff were very helpful and problem solved our pre-arranged taxi pickup at the Civititechia port. Would definitely stay again.

We chose the hotel for its location close to Fiumicino Airport and to the sea. Our room overlooked the water and was bright, large and comfortable. It is an older building so has no elevator so pack an overnight bag if you are on the top floor and can't handle carrying bags upstairs. Breakfast was very good and the adjoining restaurant is also very good.
We were lucky to find free parking right out front.

Very nice play and comfortable. Accessable to shops and restaurants. Only draw back no sandy beach all pebbly and rocky. Best if you have water shoes. Water was clean and refreshing. Very accessable beach with chairs and umbrella.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.ClaireAustralia - 8.0Scored 8.0

The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April. Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail. Fantastic place and people!
Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . They even brought us to the airport at the end of our stay at a very reasonable price, stay here if you can and get the terrace room for a fantastic holiday !

The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. I would highly recommend the corner seaview rooms because the lighting was very good. The view from the restaurant is water front and beautiful. The hotel has access to a rocky beach and they provide beach chairs plus towels. They also provided wet shoes for walking in the water because there are a lot seaweed growing on the rocks. . The sea water was clear and calm for swimming too. Overall we had an relaxing stay.

Too many restaurants close. We recommend Mare E Sole (acceptable prices and delicious food full of seafood). The owner of the apartment is so friendly and helpful, always in contact. I would definitely recommend the hotel just on the basis of the nice staff. In addition it was neat and clean, and I loved having breakfast overlooking the beach and the sea.
