Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The lady running the hotel is so lovely and friendly. it is in a great location, 20 minute walk from the tourist bus station, 10 minute walk to phewa lake and has some good restaurants nearby. We got our laundry done here too after our trek and we got it back the same day, smelling lovely and clean. All of our luggage was also stored safely whilst we were on our trek.

A lovely little hotel right in Lakeside, just a few steps from the main tourist area, but located in a quiet side street. The place is beautifully kept and has a very nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are amazing, and it is obvious that a lot of love goes into this little hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious enough and kept meticulously clean. Our 4th flloor room had a beautiful view of Fishtail mountain when the weather was clear. What sets this hotel apart, was the lovely, relaxed atmosphere thay made you feel right at home. A highly recommended stay!

Pokhara is a charming and peaceful city, with nice bars, restaurants, and shops. It's much cleaner, than Kathmandu and is a nice relaxing place. The air is also cleaner and more humid. During my stay, the haze blocked the mountain views, but locals told me that the skies are usually clearer in October-November. Also, Pokhara is a starting point for many popular trekking routes, such as ABC, and is very convenient for last-minute trekking plans. For example, I did a 5-day track to Mardi Himal base camp, which was not planned, but a local company helped me to arrange everything and I also bought the missing equipment on the spot. Needless to say, the trekking was a magical experience. Pokhara is worth visiting once in Nepal.

Pokhara suffers from Forest Fires in April/May.
Pokhara suffers from Forest Fires in April/May. The sky is grey and filled with smog. Visibility is very poor and none of the surrounding mountains could be seen. Also the airport remains closed due to these weather conditions. Travel time on road between Kathmandu and Pokhara is almost 8 hours one way due to road projects.
One should travel later in the year when the visibility improves and the airport is open all day.

Sarangkot at sunrise was the highlight. The food was great.
Sarangkot at sunrise was the highlight. The food was great. It was disappointing to see so much trash around the lakeside. I am surprised YouTubers did not mention that point. We were glad we went there. We flew on Buddha Air from Kathmandu. On the day of our return back to Kathmandu, it was foggy and the flights were cancelled. We had stayed at Hotel Middle Path. I called them and they immediately sent the driver back to drive us to Kathmandu. Never have we had that type of service in all our travels.

Pl plan to go to Pokhara via Flight and not via road from kathmandu The roads are under construction and it would give your back a lot of work. Pokhara is nice and 2 day trip would complete most of the places there
The owner and his family were lovely. Extremely kind, hospitable, and very attentive. They made me feel more than welcome!
The room was extremely comfy, and it was the most comfortable bed I had in all of Nepal. The view from my room was epic also. Was so lovely to wake up to the entire Annapurna mountain range. Was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Lakeside road.
Breakfast was perfect, with fresh fruit straight from the garden each day. Was was reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again!
This was my second in this hotel and I would be back here again once in Pokhara. The location is excellent, few steps from Lakeside street yet in a very quiet part of it. We booked Mountain View room and the view from our room was amazing! you literally wake up seeing the majestic Himalayan tops. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, the manager Ram was especially helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff was very polite and helpful as well. Great value for money!
The cleanest place I experienced in Nepal. It was spotless! Lakshmi, Bishnu and family are gracious and charming hosts who saw to my every need. Bishnu speaks and understands English really well, and gave a lot of insight and information about various topics pertaining to Nepal. The wifi password " Guest is God, says it all!! The location is excellent... very close to the shopping area of Lakeside, yet far enough to not be too noisy or busy. Outstanding value for money too...
Hotel Lakeshore has the cleanest and most comfortable bed I've slept in on my entire trip in Nepal. Location is great walkable to all lakeside shops and restaurants. The entire staff was wonderful but I have to mention Sanjog Adhikari the operations manager. The guy does it all airport transfers, hiking info and permits, arranging taxis, to room service with a smile and contagious upbeat attitude. He was definitely a highlight on my trip. Thank you!
Got an upgraded room with Balcony which was huge and lovely. Location is great and the garden a bliss in busy Pokhara. One of the first hotels in Nepal where I noticed house plants in the lobby, that is how green it was. Breakfast is ok and has some variety between the days. Food can be ordered to the room as well.
Stayed longer than intended in the end. Did not try out the trekking service (in the lobby with own desk) but it seems very organized.
The view was from my room was magical. Going to pokhara and staying in a lakeview room with a scenic view from balcony what can be better than this. The staffs were very Polite and helpful . I had Nepali Khana which seems to be the best one I have ever had. If you are someone who loves nature and enjoy sitting in balcony chilling then this can be the best choice of hotel . Excellent overall. I look forward to stay there again and again.
Hotel Buttercup is my place to stay in Pokhara, excellent value for money in a family run small hotel. When you are on a budget I think this place is an excellent choice. Decent sized room, clean with airco, fan and good hot shower. Access to the balcony just outside the room. Quiet at night ( when the street dogs are behaving). And excellent location in walking distance to restaurants, lakeside and Pokhara's commercial center.
- Beautiful swimming pool with mountain view which we had all to ourselves due to low season. :)
- You can have a meal or snack of great quality at any place in the hotel, e.g. the 7th floor with view on the pool and mountains. Anything is possible in Nepal. :)
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Located in a hotel area close to the main street with shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the river side.
My stay at the Hotel Tulsi was a truly enchanting experience. The breathtaking lake views from the rooftop, the impeccable service from the warm and attentive staff, and the relaxing atmosphere created by the hotel's luxurious amenities made it a haven of tranquility and unrivaled hospitality. It's a place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a perfect escape and an unforgettable Pokhara lakeside experience.
It is a great place to stay the property is well managed the people are great and the pictures showed in the website actually match the property
I booked this hotel for my Family member in Nepal for Pokhara visit. My family members are very happy to stay in your property. They organize the trekking tour for them today they are going to ABC.The hotel makes my family very safe during their stay.
Great location, right by all the cafes and restaraunts on the Lakeside. Owners are very friendly and helpful! Views from the room are amazing and nice balcony area to chill at. I came here after my two week trek and had the best week relaxing here! I kept extending because it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! If you're in pokhara you should stay here!!
Very friendly staff(owner). As a Tourist guide, He can give lots of information about visiting places in Pokhara. The most satisfying thing to me was, my small dog was allowed to stay. The location was near to the lakeside and also very quiet . Me and my wife were really satisfied. Of course we will stay there again, when we come to Pokhara.
Hotel Blossom is a lovely hotel with a warm, friendly family vibe. Excellent location in Lakeside near all the shops, restaurants, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Blossom is very clean and with the best hot showers probably in all of Nepal! The cafe downstairs is the cutest and the coffee and cheesecake is amazing.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The price are also reasonable at the lakeside area. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting pokhara.
Everything, Instead of spending money on a 3-4 star hotel, stay in yeti guest house, and you can spnd ur money on alcohol as its very expensive in nepal. It was a very comfortable stay. Will sure stay back in yeti whenever in pokhara
The service, rooms and overall experience was excellent. The hotel has a perfect location in lakeside Pokhara, where it's easy to get anywhere in the tourist areas. The staff was really helpful in sorting everything for us.
The best of all hostels I stayed in Nepal. Its located on the lakeside. The shared rooms are spacious, clean and have a private washroom as well. The staff are friendly. It has good common area to relax in the evening.
This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Nepal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The garden is a nice place to chill and have a drink and it was nice to get a massage in the hotel after our trek.
Hotel lies in best location near fewa lake , room are wider and clean friendly staffs specially I like Nepali Thali set the most
