The room we were first given was handicap and I did NOT request. A supervisor checked us in and said nothing. It smelled like a stale pee pot. We went back to desk and got a change. It different rep checked us in.

    Ft Myers is a beautiful town.

    Ft Myers is a beautiful town. Depending on where you stay places such as Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are within 20 min. There are areas rebuilding from hurricane Ian, but this does not take away from the experience as there is plenty to do from bike riding to lounging on one of the many beach areas.

    I would not reccomend FT myers florida because it will be years before they rebuild after the hurricane that just about wiped ft. myers off the florida map. Everything is under construction and will be for many many years

    For the moment we walked into your hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. Everything was fantastic.

    Fort Meyers Beach is still in a state of rebuilding.

    Fort Meyers Beach is still in a state of rebuilding. It's sad to see so much damage and all the buildings that are gone. Very few eesorts or restaurants even open. Fort Meyers itself, too big, too busy for us!!

    They canceled my reservation by the time we got there. We had to fine another place to stay. It was the worst experience I had in my life I would never recommend uptown extended-stay ever in Fort Myers Florida.

    Fort Myers obviously suffered a lot due to Hurricanes but thankfully things are returning to normal.This particular hotel realises the importance of cleanliness friendliness from staff and a good breakfast nothing special, continental but very substantial a very good hotel would stay again in a heartbeat.

    This hotel charge me two nights and our company workers only stay one night this is unresolved issue. Definitely wrong of them Peter was the Gentlemen that said the manager will call me back and I haven't received anything call. Still waiting on the refund . I love BW but after how I was treated on The phone trying to get this fix and no one has reach out. Becareful booking with this place they will take your money

    we booked the hotel as the hotel amenities shows shuttle service from the airport. when we called we were told service ended at 11:00pm.. our plane landed at 11:20. my sister and I are seniors..we needed transportation. we stayed at Hampton Inn airport, who provided the service and great stay. Comfort Inn told us, it was Booking.com to get refund. We were not given refund, snd will not longer use Booking.com

    The bed had a firmy address with the comfort underlay. The bed had on the right. I type of blanket for the heat or cold in florida not in Florida Southwest area we are in a tropical climate here. Air conditioner work great in the morning. You might have to add a little heat to the room because it gets chilly and that at the dawn but warms up as the day goes on to sometimes hot temperatures I'm humid too.
