Then they have a sign that says that the keys are in the mailbox and the keys weren't there I contacted the property regarding this and stated they would give us a refund but they can't get us a room. Forcing us to last minute book at a different hotel at a higher rate.

I know that this is nothing the hotel can fix, but yuck. At least it was only when I walked outside, which unfortunately was often. But the hotel was great, both the staff and the facilities.
