Jirar was the one who did my check-in; he explained all the facilities and upgraded my room to a high-floor executive room.

Chiechie is wonderful and vibrant check-in and checkout manager who made us feel comfortable. This property is close to the expo city and the metro while slightly away from the tourist hub of Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa but well connected by Metro. Very well managed by Birchfort and will definitely use their service in the future.
