We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Expo 2020 and easy access to the metro. There were helpful front desk personnel and some less friendly ones. The housekeeping people were all very good. Breakfast was OK, but there are plenty of other options inside the mall. Ibn Battuta Mall is very beautiful and has a wide range of stores and Carrefour.

The apartment is fabulous, a 8-minute walk from the metro station, with shops on the first floor for groceries. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwave, etc. Very comfortable and clean. The host, Luca, is wonderful. Very attentive and always on top of everything. Rated 10/10, highly recommended. I stayed for work for 7 nights, everything was wonderful without any issues.
