I stayed at Rixos Istanbul and was fantastic, I chose the resort for the name, however the place need to be updated for a rapport price quality, the food so so, very bad experience. the only positive note the service desk all of them “thanks” instead concierge very rude

Location was perfect for our Honeymoon as we wanted to experience staying on the Palm, the private beach was perfect and not crowded, which is what we needed, view overlooking the ocean was stunning, Raffles accommodated our request for early check in and breakfast was wonderful, we loved sitting in the garden for breakfast. Beach and pool service prompt and waiters anticipated our needs. Must try a refreshing coconut as well. Our ocean room was exquisite with every amenity we could possible need, also surprised us with a congratulatory honeymoon cake and local delicacies. We used the business center for work we needed to attend to and all was reliable and well equipped. The staff and team were excellent and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and world class service.
