Espectacular! Desde el momento que llegamos nos atendieron en recepción de manera ágil y oportuna. Así mismo cuando ingresamos al apartamento en la pantalla del Tv nos daban la bienvenida con nuestros nombres. (Un detalle excelente). El apartamento contaba con todo lo que necesitas como (lavadora, nevera, cocina, utensilios de cocina, plancha y todas las medidas de seguridad correspondientes como detector de humo, entre otras) La atención por parte de su personal nos encantó. La zona de la piscina es amplia. La vista desde la habitación sorprendente. Desde el hotel puedes fácilmente tomar los buses que pasan alrededor con la ayuda de Google maps te ubicas fácil. volveríamos a este fantástico lugar. Le doy un 10/10

The convenience of 24-hour in-villa dining and a responsive front desk only added to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The variety and quality of the offerings made the morning a delightful experience, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Moreover, the Atana Hotel is strategically located, with nearby grocery shops, coffee shops, and other conveniences within easy reach and not so crowded This made exploring the surrounding area a breeze and added to the overall convenience of the stay. While my interaction was limited to the front desk, the professionalism and warmth exhibited by Aileen and her colleague during my check-out left a lasting impression. Everything was perfect, starting from the concierge Mr Fadl ,the reception Mr Mahmoud, the house keeping, the shisha man Mr. Ibrahim were excellent, the LOCATION was great, very friendly staff, very comfortable room, good value for money, nice restaurant and coffee shop, perfect spa, I really recommend this hotel for all family
