Its amazing staff are professional, respectful and friendly, most especially the amazing Mohi who was able to make necessary arrangements to address my emerging travel concerns (early check-in, early breakfast, etc.). Definitely, highly recommended.

This 4-star boutique hotel is in Carlton, situated close to Melbourne city centre and a short stroll to Melbourne Museum. Best Western The Travel Inn Melbourne provides a variety of rooms and suites. I forgot my passport and cash in my room safe and I can't thank them enough for keeping them safe for me to go back and pick them up. Exemplary service. Also the lady on night duty was very friendly and helpful about general knowledge about the city. Very comfortable room. Perfect location and parking were also highlights.

Appliances like dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer are all as good as new and working well. Sofa was big enough to sleep on which was good as the queen size bed was a tad too small for both me and my sister. Late night arrival/check-in well handled. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is incredible, near Vic market and has two very good coffee shops within 50 meters.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking available in a gated compound which is a big plus point. On a separate note, we had an issue with the water tank which was leaking. the staff was very prompt in replying and coming down to check. they were very quick to activate and rectify the issue. i must say Lee, Leong and Seth were very efficient. Highly recommend.
