Everything was excellent, especially the spa and the restaurant downstairs. Room were very big and clean and location was great.

Located in the heart of Sofia, Art 'Otel is near Vitosha Street, the main shopping area in town, and the Palace of Culture, the property offers private parking for an extra charge. They upgraded us for free! Allowed us to check in early and leave late! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Easily accessible to the main walking district and metros. The staff went out of their way to leave us little welcome treats, generous during their breakfasts and free happy hours in the evening. I think we were some of their last guests before their Christmas break but they made us feel right at home!

Set a 5-minute walk from the Serdika underground railway station, the 5-star Grand Hotel Sofia is located right in the heart of Sofia, overlooking the City Garden. The location is great that is near to everything. The room is really spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was really awesome with a lot of varieties. The staff are really helpful and cooperative starting from check in , concierge , parking , restaurant, housekeeping and check out. All of them were so great. I highly recommend that hotel and if i would be back to Sofia, for sure I would use that hotel

The host is very friendly, helpful, even paid for an hour of parking until their parking 🅿️ spot was available for our car. The room was immaculate clean, the sofa 🛋️ was comfy and there was enough space for our family (2 adults and one child) to sleep for a night. For a separate charge you could also get a decent breakfast, basic products (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, butter etc.,)
