Staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They are reachable and happy to provide any assistance around the clock. Another great aspect of the hotel is its pet-friendly policy. They provide all the necessary utensils and even litter boxes for cats, which was a huge relief for me as a pet owner. It's heartwarming to see a hotel that welcomes furry friends with open arms.Moreover, the hotel's location next to the Eaux-Vive commercial center and numerous cafes and restaurants is simply fantastic. It offers convenience and a variety of options right at your doorstep.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both professional and personal trips. With its wonderful staff, pet-friendly environment, and excellent location.

Este hotel de 4 estrellas ocupa una gran villa restaurada del siglo XVIII situada a menos de 2 km del centro de Ginebra y ofrece vistas al hermoso parque de Eaux-Vives y al lago de Ginebra. What an incredible place. We walked up through the peaceful, safe feeling park from the ferry landing. Once we arrived we almost thought we were at the wrong place-- too good to be true? No, it's true. It's a beautiful building and an impressive establishment, inside and out. We even had a surprise upgrade to a suite. We couldn't have been happier with everything: the space, cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, extras in the room, professional staff (especially at reception), restaurant, (dinner on the terrace, and a really great breakfast spread). We felt like royalty. We wanted to stay longer. Will definitely stay again. Easy walking to the waterfront and historic district.

El Sagitta Swiss Quality Hotel goza de una ubicación excelente en el corazón de Ginebra, en la ribera izquierda del lago de Ginebra, a pocos metros del centro histórico de la ciudad y a 10 minutos a... Excelente todo.Destaco la atención del personal ,tuvieron un gesto muy cordial con nosotros.Colchones excelentes ,almohadas también ,súper cómodo el departamento .Muy limpio .Lo recomiendo .Monique una genia !

Although simple, the rooms are comfortable and there is everything you might need. We visit this hotel regularly with my family and we have always been warmly welcomed.

El Hotel Century está ubicado en el centro de Ginebra, a solo 5 minutos a pie del lago de Ginebra y a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Cornavin, y ofrece recepción 24 horas, bar/cafetería y... The location was perfect, right next to a nice area with many restaurants and 5min away from the beautiful lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and at a nice temperature upon arrival. Toilet was very clean as well, and water pressure was great. Toiletries were also available and the staff cleaned the room every day. All in all a great pleasant stay and will return when visiting Geneva in the future!
