מקום האירוח Residence Inn by Marriott Hamburg Altona ממוקם בהמבורג, במרחק של 1.6 ק''מ מתחנת הרכבת המבורג-אלטונה, וכולל מרכז כושר, חניה פרטית, טרקלין משותף ובר. מלון נעים. חדרים נוחים, למעשה מדובר בדירות חדר, מצוידות בכל מה שצריך (מקרר מיקרו כיריים כלים ןעוד). צוות נעים,, שירותי ומסביר פנים.. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת ויש אפילו אזור נפרד ללא גלוטן! קפה ושתיה קלה יש כל היום. סופרמרקט ענק- מעבר לפינת הרחוב. סופר של סלגרוס- מעבר לפינת הבנין. תחב'צ כ-1 דקה הליכה. מרכז שכונת אוטנזן במרחק של כ-20 דקות הליכה ויש גם אוטובוס. יש בו חנויות חביבות וקניון קטן ןמצוין. הבעיה היחידה בה נתקלנו היה המיזוג; רק בחדר השלישי שקיבלנו המזגן עבד כיאות- וודאו זאת. מלון מומלץ!

The hotel was wonderful, the common areas were plenty, super clean, cozy and gave a very positive energy. WIFI worked splendidly everywhere within the hotel. The room was 10/10, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and all the utilities you may need. Location is also very good, the nearest bus station is 2 minutes away, it’s a very safe and quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful with any inquiries or questions I had. I will definitely go again.

Very nice hotel in industrial design! We brought our dog and as always she got a bowl and some dog treats that she was very happy about. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is in an area with a small park. This hotel will always be our 1st choice when we are in the area

Situated 1.8 km from Volksparkstadion, Mercure Hotel Hamburg am Volkspark offers 4-star accommodation in Hamburg and has a bar. All was perfect. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast great. Easy to get downtown. Close to the bus stop. But most importantly, great value. And a great surprise that for the kid of 13 is free of charge. Would come again for sure.

The hotel is located in the nice district. Everything is done with love- stylish and modern rooms. Supportive staff- you can get the answer on all your requests on watsapp quickly. You can also find a luggage storage room free of charge for the hotel guests, WC( floor -1)- it’s really cool when you need to leave your heavy suitcases while waiting for your train or flight after the check-out time ( at 11:00), we were happy to have such a possibility. And even laundry room, rest room and gym ( but I can’t tell more about it, as we used just a luggage storage room). Our room was immaculately clean, well-designed and organized with all necessary stuff. Small kitchen space is really nice with kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, ceramic stove, fridge and krups capsule coffee machine (even some travel size sachets with olive oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, sugar and Nespresso capsules). Some bottles of drinking water were also provided. Wi-fi is stable and high speed. We liked the location very much- just 10 min walk to S- bahn( and 3-5 stops to the center city), also bus stops to different directions. We’ll be happy to stay here again!
