Great facilities and staff exceeded our expectations, especially Dennis from the front desk and the hospitality/waiter staff at the adjoining restaurant! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (one of the few places in Germany with a real double bed and not 2 singles put together). Good location, close to the S-bahn station.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot!

Homaris Apartments München Laim is located in the Laim district of Munich, 5.2 km from Nymphenburg Palace, 5.9 km from Central Station Munich and 6.5 km from Karlsplatz (Stachus). We were pleasantly surprised by these apartments. It was a great sized room with a nice kitchenette. It is always a bonus having a proper sized fridge, and a balcony. We received very clear instructions to get into the apartment, and transit is great in the area to get anywhere in the city.
