Facilities, food, service were really amazing! The staff really cares about the quality of their service and a la carte restaurants make a big difference compared to a regular buffet one. People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.
