A-The beach is like a dream, it is 1.6 km long, amazing snorkeling opportunity all the way. very decent quality beach bars and staff. there was always available spots on the beach and the pool. B-The food is very reasonable variety. you will love it if you are open to new recipes. The classic food is there all the time. I had very picky eaters in my group and I was amazed that they loved it. C- Every one in the staff was willing to help all the time with a genuine smile. D-The room allocation manager( Mr Mahmoud Elmasri) went beyond our expectations and upgraded the rooms we booked to family rooms at no extra change. this made our stay far more pleasant and enjoyable

This elegant resort features 6 restaurants and bars, a luxury spa, a private beach and an outdoor pool. It is 22 km from Hurghada Airport and offers a shuttle service. Everything in the hotel was more than perfect 👌 the beautiful rooms, service, food and staff were more than amazing! Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Hussien from reception for being very helpful and trying their best to make everything easy for us! Ibrahim and Hussien are an asset to the hotel and will for sure make every guest happy. Great thanks to Mr. Hegazy as well as he went the extra mile to help us in every way and made sure to put a smile on our faces the entire time. Also special thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel. They are truly top class. We will definitely come back to this hotel again! It exceeded out expectations.
