We enjoyed a 5 night stay, and honestly, we wish it could have lasted more. The beds and pillows are excellent, so we always got a very good rest after our long walks around the city. We received delicious treats and they did not even know it was our honeymoon :) The positioning is good, you are at walking distance from two metro stations and several bus stops. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, especially in the evenings, but you still have options in the area if you want to go out.

It was very modern and comfortable with lots of great amenities. Mario was an amazing host, he made sure we were comfortable at all times and went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. We will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Madrid!

It is a lovely little apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.

We walked to the city center, it takes 40-45 minutes at most. So you can get very hungry and have a nice tapas in the city center. The apartment was very clean, the furniture was clean and of good quality. The water in the shower gets hot very quickly. We had a good experience, we didn't experience anything bad.
