Location is great for walking and transport, room is nice, coffee, tea. Employees are mostly helpful ( or at least, they try to help 😊). Very nice and comfortable stay. I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything

Breakfast is amazing with big choice of sweet and salt food. Great orange juice and fresh fruit. The staff was very kind and helpful for any question or problem (we call because we didn't have shampoo at 22.30 and they immediately brought in our room)
