Before our stay I had some concerns about room size because of some reviews but after staying 7 nights I can say the room size was quite good and the room was very well designed. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well even if I am 6 months pregnant. You can stream to TV and speakers from your phone easily. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. I am sending this to thank you for the great experience I had in your hotel. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and every thing was so great. Terletak di belakang Istana Buckingham, hotel mewah ini berada di seberang Royal Mews. The room, location, and breakfast were fantastic. This is undoubtedly a must whenever you want to stay in London. Special note to the entire staff, Antonio and Connor, with whom I interacted most of my stay, who made this a fantastic journey! Despite the airline losing my luggage, they were always worried and attentive to help me.

Located in the heart of Westminster, just a short walk away from Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Mayfair, this 5-star luxury suites and residences with 3 restaurants, a full-serve spa and a 24-hour... I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything
