The cleanliness of the hotel is superb and lobby is on point, very cozy and all the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The complimantary breakfast has many choices and it’s always fresh. Location is just steps away from the underground station and in good line to the lots of attraction places. Will definitely stay here again in London.

Situated 3.2 km from Wembley Stadium in London, Park Plaza London, Park Royal welcomes guests with a restaurant, bar and gym. Everything was amazing! The staff are absolutely incredible, the rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and soft bedding, I was happy there was a fridge in my room, there were a lot of options for breakfast (I’m vegan and was able to eat a hearty breakfast too), the chef specially made vegan dinners on request, we also hosted an event there. I was there for a full week and was sad to say goodbye.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! Parking was for free and we could walk to the shopping centre nearby. There's also a petrol station next to the hotel. The breakfast is great. When something was gone it was quickly replaced.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional Yacine . The check-in process was seamless and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Yacine and Ali went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay The location of the hotel was perfect, This made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend London Star Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
