The inginer from the maintenance 11th floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic job Michael and Alfred from concierge ! Ahmed from Spa and swimming pool is very friendly and professional! The staff from the Florentine Trattoria was really nice! Manuello and Abdoul very professional! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality! I definitely will come back!
