It is located in the prime location of Causeway Bay, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, local stores, banks, and coffee shops. The room size is quite big and it is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is delicious. The housekeeping service was very responsive and quick, and very courteous.

Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong is conveniently located near a major transportation hub, only a 2-minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station. Service is number 1 for me when i give rating to hotel. The receptionist was really impressive. I forgot her name, she gave us bigger room since we were traveling with kids. She also offered to set up the sofa bed for free. Location wise is very close to the train station. Definitely will recomend to family and friends .and definitely will come back the next time i visit hongkong.

I love the breakfast, the staffs are very elegant, and peaceful. I love the view so much. The price is affordable.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Inotel Suite is situated in Hong Kong, 600 metres from Times Square Hong Kong and 1.2 km from Central Plaza. It's totally not as the pictures are showing. The room is very tiny and dark and smiling. We didn't stay and left right away.
