They upgraded our room to a higher floor and a better room type. The room was with open sight to the sea. Quarry bay is a quiet area and the hotel is close to an MTR exit.

Located 0.9 km from City Plaza, EAST Residences provides accommodation with a fitness centre, a terrace and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. The best service I ever had in HongKong. I had some problems with my credit card to pay the deposit and also experienced personal issues which makes me have to leave earlier, All staff was very nice and friendly to help me to deal with all problems. I have nothing to complain about and only great satisfaction. Haven't been back to HongKong for long because of covid, thanks for everything you did and it makes the best welcome back home experience for me:) Will stay there every time I back.
