The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

Amazing breakfast, buffet with everything you could ask for. Well located. Staff very helpful. Concierge and reception staff chased up with the airline on our behalf to source our baggage which went missing which was a great help.
