Luxurious and elegant, located in the heart of Jakarta, looking at the Selamat Datang Monument, Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with 49-inch flat-screen TV. It will be my first time to give a review here and I feel excited to do so. I cannot stress well enough how MO JKT exceeded our expectations. If there are three top-notch things I remember about our stay - it would be the service, the bed and room, and the food. For me, what makes MO JKT stand out is their service. The staff are all thoughtful and made our stay really special - we felt that they love what they do and will assist you in just about anything. In just a short period of time, the staff will make you feel like family and will go out of the way to help you. The hotel also has an elegant and polished vibe. It was in the middle of a very energetic spot in Jakarta but every time I enter the hotel, I feel like I am back home. There are also good cafes around the area. Not to mention, the big malls (alongside Bundaran HI) are nearby. Overall, there are many other great hotels in Jakarta, but MO will definitely be amongst (if not our top choice) our picks when we go back!

Hotel Alia Cikini har en attraktiv beliggenhed i Jakartas Menteng-kvarter, 1,9 km fra Gambir Station, 2,7 km fra Nationalmonumentet og 3 km fra Sarinah. The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!
