What a joy. I splashed out and stayed on the Club floor. Everything about my stay was a delight, from my arrival (a very comfortable check-in in the Club lounge), the room itself (large, very comfortable, high up so great views over the city), the terrific Club lounge afternoon canapes and evening cocktails (very relaxed, I stayed over a weekend and in the run-up to elections, so visitor numbers were lower than at other times), the staff (everywhere in the hotel, but special mention to Ms Fesya and her colleagues in the Club lounge team, just excellent, nothing too much trouble), hotel facilities (great pool and super entertainment in the ground floor lounge where - as the only person there! - I had a personal performance by the super singer/piano duo on Friday evening), terrific breakfast (I chose to eat in the hotel restaurant rather than the Club lounge; the choice was huge, and all superb). All in all, a perfect start to my holiday!

L'Hotel Alia Cikini dispone di camere climatizzate con TV a schermo piatto nel quartiere Menteng di Giacarta. The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

Possibilità di lavarsi e cambiarsi anche dopo il check out prima di andare in aeroporto. Davvero consigliato
