Raffles Jakarta is strategically located in the central business district of Jakarta. Absolutely everything. The staff were amazingly helpful, facilities spotless. Rooms were massive and they accommodated special requests without hesitation. Pool was lovely and clean. Easily one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! It was such a warm greeting and service during check-in time. We also requested some arrangement for our daughter birthday since the staycation was dedicated for her. Miss Mia from guest relation and her team (Muhtar, Melany, Vanco, Junne, Anna, Adinda), really i cant thank them enough for the thoughtful and amazing arrangements! Our daughter was so impressed with the e-card with her photo on it, her favorite character (Minnie), and evenmore her favorite song played repeatedly♥️ We’re really touched by the hospitality and feel so grateful to choose Ritz Carlton MK for our staycation.
