Centrally located in Kolkata’s business district, Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata offers a blend of modern and colonial architecture. One of the best places I have ever stayed at, Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata was just perfect! Centrally located, close to the main attractions of the city and to the subway it was just the best option I could have chosen for my stay in the city. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious with comfy bed, a spotless bathroom and perfectly working air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, always available and very helpful. Dinner has many options and the food was absolutely delicious! The breakfast was very rich and one could choose between many different options including Indian and western cuisine. Simply perfect and I would definitely return!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. It seems that they were empowered to make decisions that were in the guests best interest on their own at the time required. No red tape. The food was also exceptional! Even arriving right on closing time at the restaurant after a big day of travel with two sleeping kids, they did not hesitate to serve us and ensure we were well fed and watered before going to bed ourselves (AND first time ever offered to carry my sleeping child up the stairs to the room - so very helpful, always with a smile and can do attitude). The staff actually anticipated our needs and made helpful suggestions each day. What a difference! THANK YOU!
