Nestled by Vembanad Lake, Crowne Plaza Kochi is a luxurious property catering to corporate and social gatherings. I've been coming to India for over16 years. This was the best hotel I've ever stated at. The duty manger Krishna went above and beyond to help me and was an absolute delight to deal with. In the kitchen SARUBH went risky out of his way to find me more soy milk for my coffee and really impressed me with his attentive nature.

The rooms are well designed and beds very comfortable. It also has a roof top seating area where you get a good view of the city and the back waters. The staff were highly professional and went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for singles and families.
