The staff were extremely friendly, we came early to drop off our luggages before check in and when we came back, they told us they already delivered it to our room which surprised me. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The QR code option they had in the room was super convenient so we were able to rent out items. They cleaned our rooms every day by cleaning the garbage daily and changing our sheets once during our 4 night stay.

Everything was new, clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, toiletries were offered down stairs and the staff was very nice and accommodating. They kept our luggage stored even after check out. Location was great and very close to the subway station.

We loved the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the hotel. The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.
