Great room and facilities. You can see Petronas from your room and the rooftop. The room was clean, has everything you need (even a washer-dryer machine including detergent!). It’s really a small studio that also feels like a 5 star hotel. It has a shuttle that can take you to downtown.

Awesome hotel with the most friendly staff. We were happy with everything - a pretty room, perfect dine-in options, view from the window. For breakfast we had a huge variety of Chinese, Indian and Western food. We also recommend paying a visit to the hotel bar - tasty food, gorgeous drinks and amazing city ​​skyline.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Rooms and facilities very fashionable and modern, has a sort of Indian luxury design vibe which is very elegant. Rooms were spacious and well-organised, room had all required amenities. Staff was very polite and always helpful, we were able to take a shower after check out because our flight was very late in the evening. Very nice bar and swimming pool overlooking the Petronas. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in Kuala Lumpur, 1.2 km from Petronas Twin Towers, THE FACE Style provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful. I have really enjoyed our stay. It's a huge nice hotel. The rooms look clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms and roof top pool is breath taking. It's one of the very few hotels that offer views on the the 3 landmarks: Twin towers, KL Tower, and Iconic tower. I have tried 5 different hotels during my trip to KL and the face is definitely the best compared to the price I paid. I booked a room and it was even bigger than some suites I tried in other hotels.

يتمتع إيبيس كوالا لمبور سيتي سنتر بموقع مركزي، حيث يقع على بعد 750 متر سيراً على الأقدام من برجي بتروناس التوأم، كما يتميز بمسبح لا متناهي على السطح ومسبح للأطفال، فيما يضم مطعمين وخدمة الواي فاي... The location is superb and it is great value for the area. The room was comfortable, good bedding, AC works well, awesome shower (hot, powerful) Very clean I did not have the breakfast, I heard it was a bit chaotic in there but they have an awesome coffee shop on the ground floor… really good coffee and pastries, unless you really want the big buffet breakfast I recommend using the coffee shop instead. The swimming pool is small but very clean, well managed, people are respectful of the rules, however if you are booking this hotel for the view of the towers from the pool.. don’t! Because there is construction of a 50 story building opposite the hotel happening and it is totally blocking the view. Besides this the pool is great.. I just think the hotel should update their advertising about this. We also had a great cocktail on the rooftop bar (again the view of the towers is unfortunately blocked), the waiters were excellent and the drinks were served well. Express Check Out is a great idea
