Das BIG M Hotel genießt eine günstige Lage neben der LRT-Station Masjid Jamek in Kuala Lumpur, 5 Gehminuten vom Merdeka-Platz, von der Petaling Street, vom Einkaufszentrum Sogo und vom Central Market... The hotel was near the LRT Masid Jamek, only 1 min walking. There were KK shop, Kfc, 4 finger, Mc Donald nearby. It only took 7 mins to Chinatown and Central market. The room was clean and convenient. There were 2 elevators.

Absolutely beautiful Hotel, beautiful and very classy rooms with nice attention to detail and everything works the way its supposed to. Windows are completely soundproof. The only thing you can hear are the doors from other rooms and sometimes a laughter or two ... but I have yet to find a hotel where you hear absolutely nothing. Nice and very thick carpets on the floors outside the rooms. The bed has something I have actually never seen in the tropics: something substantial to cover yourself while sleeping and not just a thin sheet that has you turning the AC on and off because you're either too cold while you sleep or too hot. Bed is extremely comfy, too. Really nice bathroom with a marble sitting bench inside the large shower that features a hand held shower head and a rain big round rain shower. Room is 10/10 in my opinion. Breakfast was very nice. Staff really friendly. I ordered an additional complimentary bottle of purified water and it took less than 5 minutes to them bringing me 4 bottles which when empty are replaced every day or at any time if you ask.

Ambience of the hotel and very helpful staff. Our room had a great view of the city The rooms were very spacious and included a walk-in wardrobe which meant easy/tidy storage of clothes/shoes and cases so the room was not cluttered. Excellent gym with plenty of cardio equipment, free weights and quality weight machines. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of food and was excellent quality. The location was very close to Monorail and some good restaurants within 100 meters walking distance from the back of the hotel.
