The staff members, Khurram, Ashraf and Ishraq where always really helpful. Always helped me with my luggage and asked if i need anything . The room was clean but small. It was overall a really good stay and the care of the staff members made it a bit better. Thank you!

The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. The modern facilities, including the coffee machine on each floor, were a fantastic addition and greatly enhanced the overall experience. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the friendly door man to the attentive restaurant staff and the diligent housekeepers in the corridor, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. A special mention goes to the front desk staff member who handled our check-in and check-out with utmost professionalism and efficiency. One of the highlights of our stay at Alila Bangsar was its perfect location. The hotel is conveniently situated near the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and its surrounding areas. The proximity to the train station provided us with convenient transportation options, allowing us to effortlessly navigate Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of Little India was a definite advantage. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vibrant streets of Little India, immersing ourselves in the rich culture, and indulging in the delicious Indian cuisine. Being able to easily access this cultural hub added an extra layer of excitement and diversity to our stay. Overall, our stay at Alila Bangsar was a memorable one, and we cannot wait to return. The hotel provided us with a wonderful weekend getaway, and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable accommodations. The only disappointment was the limited options available at the buffet breakfast. Nonetheless, this minor setback did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at Alila Bangsar.

The property has free WiFi access throughout. the staff were outstanding when I fell on my first night. great job with cleaning the wound and dressing it. then I received a plate of fruit and good wishes from the front desk. this standard was maintained throughout.

Amari Kuala Lumpur ligger i Kuala Lumpur, 13 minuters promenad från Mid Valley Megamall, och erbjuder boende med en utomhuspool, privat parkering, ett fitnesscenter och en restaurang. Our stay was awesone. The breakfast was really good! The front officer , Brian was attentive and polite during my check out & check in. Keep it up!

The Boulevard – St. Giles Boulevard, Kuala Lumpur occupies a prime location in the Mid Valley district of Kuala Lumpur. The real pleasure in staying at the Boulevard is the breakfast. The quality of the food, the layout and above all the staff, lead by an excellent Restaurant Manager and very talented Chef, are excellent. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel are equally courteous and where possible helpful.

Standing tall in Mid Valley, The Gardens – A St Giles Signature Hotel & Residences, Kuala Lumpur offers elegant accommodation atop the premier shopping destination of Gardens Mall. Location is excellent because it is connected to Mid Valley Mall and very convenient for food and shopping. The room is good size and the bathroom is excellent, love it. Did not have breakfast/

Just steps from Mid Valley Megamall which houses a spa and pool, Cititel Mid Valley is a 5-minute walk from Mid Valley Komuter Train Station. Great Staff and Location !! Clean rooms !! Nice Great Stay and value
