We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The guy in the reception was extremely nice and helpful, nice breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop, huge rooms and comfortable beds.

There was nothing that we did not like. The facilities were great, super clean. Rooms were spacious, always very clean and the bed was AMAZING! We had a great view over the city from our room. The pool area and gym was nice too, good view and nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were SO SO helpful. Location wise was good too.

Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, Exe Oriental Panamá is located in the centre of the financial district of Panama City where you can find a variety restaurants and shops to enjoy. The hotel and the room were beautiful and very comfortable- our expectations exceeded. We ate at the restaurant to avoid leaving as we had an early morning ahead of us. They had large servings and the food was delicious- which wasnt our experience in most of Panama. The terrace on the 12th floor was amazing. And so was the view from our room on the 13th

Located in central Panama City, Sortis Hotel Autograph Collection features an outdoor pool, a casino, a spa and a fitness centre. The stylish rooms and apartments offer city views. The staff were amazing, the room was wonderful, and overall the whole hotel was great! Probably the nicest one we stayed at during our 2 weeks there (we went to 6 different hotels for reference!)
